OOTD... screen print lace

I received my order from ModCloth yesterday-- first one ever. I always drool over their unique items, especially the ones that look like they're priced a little closer to their actual value (don't you just love seeing F21 items that are $20 marked up to $50? ridiculous). Overall, I'm generally pleased. All the items I ordered were pretty close to what I was hoping for, and all were things I know I'll keep in my wardrobe repertoire for some time. My OOTD features the screen print lace dress I got...

Dress: Modcloth Cut To The Lace Dress
Belt: Anthropologie Tea Rose belt in Taupe
Leggings: Nordstrom BP

I've been wearing these shoes since I got them. Seriously. I bought them at Nordstrom with a $50 gift certificate and a $20 Nordie Note and paid about $20 for them. Quite pleased with myself, thankyouverymuch. The heels tower, but I love that about them. And though it's hard to see, the heel and platform are a subtle snake print. Ohhhh animal prints! The love-fest continues...

  5. Thank you Sarah!! It is a very thin jersey cotton, but I love that it's cotton and not like rayon or polyester. Kind of hard to find cotton these days... sadly.

  6. Thanks Emily! That belt is great because it's soft and doesn't jab my ribs, haha... I have a problem with belts and comfort sometimes, but this one is a winner for sure.
