Also what went to the tailor with the jeans: my Snowscape Tank (Anthro, Winter '10). I have been meaning to have it tailored for a while now but never got around to it. The jeans were a perfect excuse to bring the blouse along. So glad I did-- it used to be big enough that it would start drooping in the front and looked saggy. Now it sits higher and it's just plain better. Plus, they brought the darts in. You know... because I can't fill out big-girl clothes. Heh. :)
So what's a girl to do with her newly fitted items? Wear them both, at the same time.
(Also, I look tired. Why do I look so tired? I'm not tired. Maybe it's the ponytail. Hmmm.)
Top: Anthropologie Snowscape tank (a lookalike here)
Sweater: F21
Belt: Express
Jeans: J Brand Lovestory in Falcon
Shoes: MMK gold metallic pumps
Earrings: Francesca's Boutique
Oh my goodness, LOVE LOVE LOVE - this is so me! must.have.all.items.and.copy.now!....
ReplyDeleteand the 8th grade draggy jeans is hysterical... growing up at the beach we used to go hangout on the boardwalk every night. I wore my big baggy LEI (BAH!) jeans and they would drag so bad and get stuck on the nails in the boardwalk, they were so torn up it was disgusting.... I'm embarrassed for my 14 year old self - but probably more so for the skater t's and ballchain necklaces ::cringe::
Love this outfit!!!
ReplyDeleteYou look so so cute here! Love the Snowscape and sweater combo!
ReplyDeleteLove the top!! Adorable! I have a new pair of 7 jeans I need to get shortened...who are they really making them for anyway!? 8 foot tall women!?!?
ReplyDeleteSuper cute outfit! Funny you mentioned dragging jeans because I was just thinking about that the other day! The more ragged and dirty the hem, the better. Now I die if my jeans touch the pavement too much.
ReplyDeletei have been looking for that darn gold belt from express forever now! love the way you wore the snowscape tank :)
ReplyDeleteLol! It was actually attached to a sweater of theirs a few years ago, so it was never sold alone. J Crew has cute ones, tho!!
ReplyDeleteYou look so long and lean!
